Lance's interest in carpentry sparked as a young adult when he began working in a cabinet shop. He pursued his interest learning a variety of trades and skills in the field with the help of a few key mentors. Lance got his contractors license in 2011. He continued working for other companies while building a business on the side. In 2014 LC Construction was officially established and in 2015 we left our respective jobs to employee the business full time. We are excited for the growth and opportunities that are to come.
Lance is a general contractor who has acquired a variety of skills in his trade over the years with the help of a few key mentors. While he began with building custom cabinets, he has also worked to build custom homes from the ground up and spent a number of years installing windows and doors. You can see some of his custom carpentry work around town at Altamont Beer Works and 3 Steve's Winery where he built the tap and tasting rooms bars. Lance is lead certified installer and has taken a number of green building classes. Lance has been called picky, overly meticulous and even a perfectionist but we see those all as compliments as that is what sets our craftsmanship and customer service apart from so many others.
Efficiency with integrity. It is most important to us to run our business with integrity. We are a small family business in a small suburban town. Our customers are our neighbors and often become our friends. Each job we treat as if it were taking place in our own home, paying close attention to details and ensuring that the work is done right so that it will be long lasting. That being said we don't want to overstay our welcome at any one job, and give our full attention to each of our jobs. It is our dedicated work ethic and care for our customers which maintains our reputation as a trusted local business.
